The King of Jordan is in China for a two day visit.
He is there to work further on ties with the large Asian country. 
The King met with such leaders as President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao. He even attended the closing ceremony of the Beijing Paralympics.
Abdullah called the recent Summer Olympics and the Paralympics a sure sign which showed the beautiful prospect of China’s development to the world. He also added Jordan will continue to devote itself to promoting the bilateral friendly exchanges and practical cooperation.
Premier Wen welcomed the King’s presence in China. He said he hoped the two countries of Jordan and China will strengthen cooperation in such fields as economy and trade, agriculture, environmental protection and energy, to promote the friendly ties between the two countries towards new achievements.
