Some scenes will include an actress portraying Crown Princess Mette-Marit.

“I’ve always been fascinated by Mette-Marit and how she has handled the role she was thrown into. It will be very exciting to play her on film,” says Kristin Eidsa, who has no professional acting experience.

“I asked to try filming, and got the offer a week later. Mette-Marit has a major personality in real life and a central figure in the film, but the role is really quite small,” adds Eidsa, who works in IT.

“We saw fast that she resembled on Mette-Marit,” says the film’s director. “She was the one who most resembled. At the same time, she did a very good job during the audition process, so we made a choice for her soon.”

The movie will also have scenes of Mette-Marit’s father, Sven O. Hoiby, who will be played by veteran actor Ingar Helge Gimle.

The book, Typical Day on the Job, created controversy when it came out in 2007, because it exposed the journalistic methods of Se og Her. The name of the tabloid in the movie version of the book will be changed.

Production will begin later this year, into 2010.

This happened when Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Tun Razak, proposed to the Sultan a joint-oil exploration on Thursday. Brunei is one of the world’s leading oil exporters.

In addition to that, the two countries will together develop hi-tech hydrocarbon and hydroelectric projects. They will also help each other in the halal food and agricultural. There was even talk of doing joint investments to third countries.

This all happened as the Prime Minister ended his three day official trip to Brunei. He spoke to the press about his “very satisfactory” meetings with Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah.

“This annual meeting has achieved very satisfactory results. The Sultan said he looks forward to greater levels of cooperation between us.

“The agreement between our two countries to settle the land and maritime boundary demarcation is one of the big milestones … that will bring our bilateral relationship to new heights,” he said.
