The couple were offered a large sum to sell their wedding to media outlets, but instead chose to make it a private affair.
After today’s nuptials, the newlyweds will fly to Los Angeles, where Sophie will get started on a television series.
A Kent family spokesman Simon Astaire said of the wedding: “It’s been a beautiful day – perfect English weather and a couple deeply in love.”
